in which we continue to mentally salivate

You ever hand one of those people -- someone you knew that, pretty much from the first time you saw them, you were just absolutely floored by them?

I mean, from their looks to their style, posture, voice, presence -- just everything about them seemed to press every button in you just right?

Dunno about you, but I was literally unable to offer much more than a blank stare in her presence for about the first six months. And clearly, once that time was over I wasn't about to try and pursue her ... don't know that I'd recommend dating anyone you think you could maybe fall in love with, just from sitting next to them.

So yeah, what with all the drama of recent years I really forgot that their was any such concept of getting anywhere near this girl.

She has a small "cute" face and dark hair and multiple piercings, a thin and mostly curveless body, and the fashion sense of your typical Gen X-era skate chick. You know, black Chuck Taylors or boots to go with black jeans or the occassional skirt, black band T-shirts.

She is in fact the very image of beauty for many men, should we not even include myself.

Started a short little conversation with her last night, and got her email address.

Of course, at this point I will go absolutely insane and start acting either extremely bipolar or extremely stalkerish.

Whatever, no doubts and no worries about getting to know her any better at all -- mostly, I',m just quite pleased with myself for just suddenly deciding to talk to her, and for actually not spazzing out about it.

See? A few broken bones never hurt nobody.

In other news, that broken hand is really starting to bug me.

Thoughts?
