mostly moved into the new place. lovin it. got all my old books and everything i ever wrote and everything else out of storage. glorious.no phone, no friends to call even if i had one yet.
absolutely no money. happily, no worries, either.
still one-handed, obviously. have decided on yet another try at clean-and-sober-ness, but believe i now have the missing key to prevent relapsing to old habits: celibacy.
cuz, y'see -- sex and booze seem irrevocably connected. so reasoably, if no-sex AND no-booze are the goal -- how can the one not help the other?
can't drink BECUZ we all know how that tends to have us lose inhibitions.
yes, all quite, quite fantastic.
i leave you with this parting thought:
societally, we all have some concept of what a "bad boy" would be, considering the dating world, yes? hand in hand then, we could easily contrast that with the concept of a "nice guy", yes?
my question: where exactly in all of that would the concept of a "good man" fit in?
discuss.
